Nicole Schneider is an NLP Trainer with over 20 years of experience in the field. Her passion for helping people move from a place of stagnation to one of growth and exploration drives her work. For Nicole, NLP is about teaching individuals how to use their thoughts, emotions, and strategies to overcome obstacles, set goals, and become the best versions of themselves. Grace is key to her approach, as she believes in having compassion for oneself and others along the way. A period of illness in her thirties led her to pursue a life that matters beyond her own lifetime, and she now travels the world, teaching and inspiring others to do the same.

NLP stands for neuro linguistic programming. It helps individuals learn how to strategically use their minds and habits to reach their fullest potential and persuade themselves and others to adopt positive attitudes towards change. Limiting beliefs are things we are taught to believe as true, usually before the age of seven, and can hold us back from achieving our goals.

How can we identify limiting beliefs? To identify limiting beliefs, write down anything you say “I can’t” or “I don’t know how to” do, and explore if it’s really true.
